Welcome to Sunland Estates!  We are a unique community of about 550 lots established in 1965.  A stunning setting, we are nestled next to the Columbia River and surrounded by towering basalt cliffs.  Sunland’s natural beauty is a breathtaking oasis amid central Washington desert and farms.

 

Our location provides for an impressive array of outdoor recreational opportunities including boating, hiking, biking, hunting, photography, and bird watching.  Additionally, residents can enjoy a multitude of local wineries and fresh, local food.  Fans of live music appreciate the world-renowned Gorge amphitheater, one of our riverside neighbors.  Sunland is also a perfect location to unwind and relax, far away from traffic and hurried city life.

 

Sunland is a family friendly community that celebrates holidays like the 4th of July and Christmas with flare and fun.
