When clicking on the Add to Calendar option, choose the one for your calendar type. Once your calendar type is clicked on, it will download a file to your device. In accordance with our governing documents, a Special Meeting of the Association will be held at the time and place stated above. The meeting will also be conducted virtually with Zoom and an invite will be sent out. We hope you will be able to attend this important meeting for Sunland.
Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is for the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) Committee to present a draft of proposed amendments to our original CC&R to the Board of Trustees and members at large to get input and keep the committee working forward.
The committee has also been tasked to work on an enforcement policy to consider with the CC&R proposal, time permitting there may be some discussion on this.
After the meeting the CC&R committee will take the input and see what modifications may need to be made to the draft proposed document before they do member outreach and education while our attorney/s provide legal opinion on the document.
We request questions and comments be held until after the Committee has completed the presentation and the Board of Trustees have an opportunity to ask the Committee questions and discuss the information presented. There will NOT be a ballot or vote by the Association Members at this meeting.
The presentation and discussion of the proposed CC&R amendments and associated enforcement policy will be the only items on the agenda for this meeting. No other business will be discussed at this meeting.
